Once you have created your account, log in to start the application process.

Prepare Required Information

Before starting your application, ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Full name as it appears on official documents
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Passport-size photograph (digital copy)
  • Birth certificate number
  • Current residential address

Required documents vary by application level:

  • For S.1 Applications: UNEB PLE results
  • For S.5 Applications: UNEB PLE and UCE results
  • For Other Secondary Classes: UNEB results and most recent previous school results
  • For Primary Classes: Previous school results/report cards
Ensure all documents are clear and legible. You may need to scan or photograph them.

  • Parent/Guardian full names
  • Relationship to student
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Occupation
  • Residential and work addresses

  • Names of previous schools attended
  • Years of attendance
  • Classes completed
  • Reason for leaving (if applicable)
Application Fee Information

Please note that schools may charge an application fee. The fee amount varies from school to school and will be displayed when you select a school during the application process. Payment can be made securely through our platform.
